free shipping
We provide free shipping service, as long as you purchase any goods in our online store, you will enjoy free shipping service. You can also come to our store to pick up the goods. The free shipping service is applicable to the mailing methods specified by our store. In Hong Kong, it is delivered by SF Express , and overseas, it is sent by registered postal service.
The following situations may result in additional charges:
1) Remote delivery address will result in additional surcharges.
2) Due to the high value of the goods, additional insurance costs are required.
3) Additional charges will result from the need to choose non-designated postal routes.
Overseas shipping
We do not accept orders shipped to overseas PO Boxes or hotels. All items do not include any taxes and customers are responsible for any local taxes.
Check order delivery status
After we ship the products you ordered, we will notify you by phone message and attach the order tracking number of the courier company and an online inquiry link so that you can check the whereabouts of the goods.
Buy existing items
All in-stock items are dispatched within one to two working days after receiving your order. If you need to engrave text patterns on the goods, it will take an additional three working days.
Customized goods
If the product you ordered is currently out of stock and needs to be made to order, we will arrange it for you. Please fill out the form and contact us. We will confirm the product via phone message and email. Once we receive your reply and payment, we will order it for you immediately. The production process will take approximately 14 to 21 working days. After that, we will press Instruct your order to be shipped to your address.
Refund policy
Return guarantee
In order to give you more peace of mind when ordering our products online, we have specially set up a return and exchange guarantee for online shopping. This return and exchange guarantee is limited to goods purchased online. If you are dissatisfied with the purchased goods and need a refund or replacement, you can enjoy a 7- day return or exchange guarantee as long as the goods are in good condition. Customers can return or exchange the goods within 7 days after receiving the goods by post , but the goods must be
1) Keep the packaging in good condition and have all the accompanying certificates, warranty certificates and sales invoices.
2) The goods have not been damaged in any way, have not been worn or modified, and are still in the same condition as when sold.
Items that are not returnable or exchangeable
1) All items purchased in our stores.
2) Products customized according to customer requirements, or products engraved with text or patterns as required.
3) Diamonds, rubies, sapphires and other discounted or special-priced products that have been stated as non-returnable or exchangeable.
Return and exchange procedure
We have dedicated personnel to inspect the goods returned by customers, and we reserve the right to make the final decision on returns. In order to make the return and exchange process smooth, please contact our sales colleagues first to confirm the goods you want to return, and then send the goods back to our office together with the completed warranty card, packaging box and certificate. Of course, you can also return or exchange in person at our store. We are sorry that we will not refund the shipping costs, and customers are responsible for all related shipping costs. After deducting any shipping charges, the entire amount will be refunded to the designated bank.
